Welcome to the Mountain Home - White River Chapter of Friends of NRA.
The NRA Foundation is the charitable arm of the NRA which provides essential funding benefiting programs such as youth education, law enforcement training, hunter education, conservation, firearms and marksmanship training and safety, and much more. A minimum of fifty percent of funds raised by this chapter will stay in Arkansas.

Thanks to the hard work of our Mountain Home-White River Friends of NRA volunteer committee members, our generous donors, sponsors and local supporters, we have enjoyed a VERY successful first year.
Our committee has brought in gross receipts in excess of $53,000, and netted over $28,000. While statewide, together with our Arkansas Friends we have netted over $613,000. ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of these net proceeds are put to work in the funding of grants for the advancement of youth shooting sports. Together we help fund grants that pay for registration fees, safety supplies, ammunition, targets, firearms and range improvements. Your Friends dollars also fund grants that promote firearms safety and awareness through the Youth Hunter Education Challenge, the Eddie Eagle GunSafe Program, the National School Shield Program, 4-H Range Matches, the Boy Scouts, NRA Women On Target Instructional Clinics, and the Youth Education Summit in Washington D.C., to name a few.
Again, WELL DONE and THANK YOU for making 2017 such a successful year!
Tuesday, Nov 14, we're having a fundraiser at the Arena Grill,
1041 Highland Cir Ste 2, Mountain Home, Arkansas 72653.
The Arena will be offering 20% off on pizzas and calzones for the evening. Of course, you can purchase anything off the menu as well or nothing at all.
The Wall of Guns will be on display and we will sell as many $20 raffle tickets as we can. A winner will be drawn every time we sell 35 tickets. (YES, YOU HAVE A 1:35 CHANCE TO WIN!)
Baxter Insurance and White River Firearms will "buy you a drink" by giving $5 cash to each person who purchases any of the first 70 raffle tickets to be sold.
