Outdoor Power Equipment Sales/Customer Service
We are not looking for summer help. This is a full time position at our Mountain Home store. We offer competitive salary, commissions, paid holidays, paid vacation (for full-time), daytime hours and Sundays off. Our store is open 7:30 am to 5:30 pm weekdays and 7:30 am-2 pm Saturdays. Must be willing to work 2-3 Saturdays a month, with a week day off in trade.

Customer Service/Sales Position available:
Gregg Farm Services is an established farm and feed store located on Hwy 126, just south of the airport in Midway. We operate an outdoor power shop here as well as one in Mountain Home.
A friendly, sincere demeanor; standard keyboarding skills; ability to perform addition and multiplication in your head; count back cash/change; capable of carrying 50 lb bags for customers and willing to be on your feet most of the day are requirements for the job.
We want a self-starter who will put the customer first; perform job assignments without being constantly supervised and have the flexibility to carry out a variety of tasks throughout the day (including basic janitorial work, answering the phone, stocking inventory).

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets customers in a friendly and timely manner and help them with their specific needs.
- Sells outdoor power equipment and parts to customers walking or calling into the store.
- Knowledge of model features and how to operate necessary
- Load and unload customer equipment as needed. Check it in and tag it.
- Enter work orders into point of sale – notifies customer their machine is ready.
- Ascertains make, year, and type of part needed, inspects worn, damaged, or defective part to determine replacement required, or advises customer of part needed according to description of malfunction.
- Use catalog or computer for replacement part stock number and price.
- Receive payment, make proper change and wrap or bag merchandise for customer
- Receives and fills telephone orders for parts
- Merchandising, cleanliness and tidiness of showroom and used equipment areas.
